Before you buy — how it works

HomeWisers is a Claude Skill — a private toolkit you add to your own Claude account, so your property data stays in your workspace. It works on any Claude plan (Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) that has Skills and “Code execution and file creation” turned on (Settings → Capabilities). For everyday use we recommend Pro or higher — the Free plan’s usage limits fill up quickly. See the full setup steps.

What you need & how to start

  1. A Claude account — Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise (Pro or higher recommended for regular use).
  2. Turn on “Code execution and file creation” in Claude’s Settings → Capabilities. On Team/Enterprise, an admin also enables Skills in organization settings.
  3. After purchase, download your HomeWisers .skill file.
  4. In Claude, open Customize → Skills, upload the file, and turn it on.
  5. Say “set up my rental” — HomeWisers takes it from there.
