Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making HomeWisers usable for everyone.
Our commitment
We want HomeWisers to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to follow commonly accepted accessibility practices — including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished state.
A good-faith statement, not a warranty
This statement is a good-faith description of our approach and goals. It is not a warranty or guarantee of conformance, and it does not create any rights or claims beyond those provided by applicable law. If you run into an accessibility barrier, the reporting channel below is the fastest way to get it looked at and resolved.
Measures we take
- Clear heading structure, with one main heading per page
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labeled form fields and clear error messaging
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
- Sufficient color contrast, and we never rely on color alone to convey meaning
- Touch-friendly interactive targets
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Responsive design across zoom levels and screen sizes
Known limitations
Some features rely on third-party services (for example, our payment processor and analytics). Those are controlled by their providers and may have accessibility limitations we cannot fix directly; when we identify a barrier we look for an alternative or a workaround.
Reporting a problem
If you run into an accessibility barrier on www.homewisers.com, email help@homewisers.com. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, your device, your browser and operating system, any assistive technology you were using, and a description of the issue.
What happens next
We read every report. We will acknowledge your message, work to understand the issue, and make reasonable efforts to resolve it. If you need information or help in a different format, tell us and we'll find another way to assist you.
